Continuously searching for improvement and answers, I dictate my practice first and foremost with empathy and understanding of individual situations whether it is with an elite client or an ordinary person motivated to reach his/her full potential.
Having a professional background as a chef and as an athlete I strive to combine the nutrition science of academia and physiology into one context-oriented interdisciplinary approach, because every situation is a unique one.
I strongly believe in the power of real genuine Food, as it is the most appropriate, convenient and sustainable way to nourish ourselves.
In collaboration with one of my mentors (Alexandr Parlesak, Ph.D.), I was able to learn to operate an optimisation model to personalise food baskets under almost any variable (budget, DRIs, cultural acceptability, nutrient loss due to cooking and more).
Ever since, I have been using such method as the starting point to personalise nutrition plans for elite BMX riders and professional football players amongst others.
